College stats: 2009 - 1714 total yards, 17 TDs 2010 - 1913 total yards (led nation), 24 TDs 2011 - 2015 total yards, 19 TDs Preseason stats: 2012 - 27/125/4.6/0 + 3/29/0 2013 - 24/55/2.3/0 + 1/-3/0 2014 - 2/0/0/0 + 0/0/0 Regular season stats: 2012 - 27/125/4.6/0 + 3/29/0 2013 - 12/59/4.9/0 + 2/16/0 Is James really of zero use to the Dolphins over Dan Thomas, Damien Williams and Orleans Darkwa? What is going on with this guy? Looking at Hillman, Vereen, and Oliver: it took injuries for any of these smaller guys to have a chance this year over bigger backs. Let's throw in Antone Smith. This was an elite college player who could not see the field in a crowded backfield in SF but now can't even seem to get in the conversation in Miami where no one of note is in front of him.
