neil2222 1 Posted December 21, 2017 Its hard to bench jags D. I have the same dilemma and cant figure it out. Jimmy G hasnt faced a D like JAX so this is the test. I just hate they gotta go to west coast That and I read something a few weeks back about them being MUCH better on the road this year. I grabbed the bears DST this week mostly to block. After reading this thread I started hearing the quiet whisper of self sabotage saying maybe I should play them instead. I think I am sticking with JAX unless there is major injury or weather news that changes between now and kickoff.
Maulers1973 117 Posted December 21, 2017 I am all over the Bears against turnover prone Kizer. I like the Cards to pummel a Giants team that will likely be maililng it in, but I don't like the defense for FF. They could hold the Gmen to 7 pts or less, but probably won't get a lot of sacks or turnovers.
Super Cubs 132 Posted December 22, 2017 I have the Vikings def but the Chief are siting on the ww. Miami has basically been fantasy gold for most all def this season.
Maulers1973 117 Posted December 22, 2017
I also like Detroit as a sneaky good play; They actually do get some TO's and they're playing a Bengal team that is mailing it in.

This just in: Rams are 5th in the league this year in Take-aways and the Titans are 5th in Give-aways. It's a match made in FF streaming defense heaven!

scottsind 61 Posted December 22, 2017 I have the Vikings def but the Chief are siting on the ww. Miami has basically been fantasy gold for most all def this season. I think it would be silly to play the chiefs over the Vikings. Packers are down most of their weapons now with Adams and Rodgers out. There is always a possibility of a pick 6 from Cutty, but I think you can say the same thing about Hundley with his inexperience. Vikings are an elite defense.

Not sure why you're even entertaining the thought of starting the Chiefs. The Vikes are an elite play this weekend as well as week 17 against Chicago (for those who are playing in a 2 week championship matchup like myself). With that said, I'm considering starting the Bears this weekend over the Vikes. Logic tells me to go with the Bears but my guts saying Vikes. Any owners in the same dilemma, and if so, who are you rolling out?
aggiewildlife 0 Posted December 22, 2017 Ugh, I still can't choose between Chicago and the Chargers. Most people on this thread seem to favor the Bears, but most every fantasy projection site I've looked seem to favor the Chargers.

Any owners in the same dilemma, and if so, who are you rolling out? I'm in the same exact situation, deciding between Bears and Vikes. I had the Bears plugged in all week but just switched to the Vikes. With Davante Adams out, they are missing their top weapon (GB that is). And GB should be very deflated after getting Rodgers back last week only to get knocked out of the playoff race and losing him again. Very cold in GB in a night game tomorrow too. Is that going off statistical data only, or do they have it factored in that they had some key injuries to their defense??
dschddny 0 Posted December 22, 2017 Is that going off statistical data only, or do they have it factored in that they had some key injuries to their defense?? It's a good point, Chargers D is pretty banged up right now. I'd go with the Bears over the Chargers D!
aggiewildlife 0 Posted December 23, 2017 Is that going off statistical data only, or do they have it factored in that they had some key injuries to their defense?? Well, I'd like to assume that most sites take things like this into consideration in their weekly projections, but I don't actually know that. Perhaps you're right that it's all just statistical without such considerations.

But rolling with the Vikings and hoping there is no Lambeau magic tonight.
