    Flex Help 0.5 PPR

0.5 PPR, 6 / TD, 1/10 Rush Rec Yards I'm leaning towards Helu but want some advice. Need to decide on Flex play between: RB - R. Helu vs Mia - looks like the guy over Torrain, don't expect 14 catches but do expect more rushes and handful of catches RB - R Mendenhall vs Cin - Pit throwing a lot and not getting consistant TD's WR - L Fitzgerald vs Phi - not crazy about Skelton throwing him the ball vs Phi Def

    Pick My Flex

Wow - that is a tough one. Brown will probably plan and get more carries. I'd think about White who may be on your bench. But of the 3 you listed I think I'd go Ricky since its tough to sense what or how much Gonzo will play.

    Flex Help Please

0.5 PPR, 1/10 rush/recv, 6/TD Welker vs Min Blount @ Ariz Undecided on my flex, leaning towards Blount but looking for some advice
  7. i go Wayne - don't have the guts to sit him and miss out on 100 + td week, I like Meacham for your second ( Ocho is a close third) Flex - safest is Ohco, if you have the guts and its Forsett, but I wouldn't as Sea could struggle. Moreno is a nice back and has been coming on plus he gets the touches close so he's always a threat to score. Cant' kick yoursefl for Harrison - game was primed for a lot of runs - it just didn't turn out for you. Colston could alwyas pull a 40 yard game, not td's so if he goes more meacham you'll be pulling ahead with Brees as your QB. Sit Wayne if you have the guts to do it, but you'll be kickin yourself even more than watching Harrison do nothing for you. Good Luck

    Def / QB help

Win and I'm in, lose and need one team to lose. 1. Def based on yards against, pts for sacks, int, fumble recovery, TDs. NO Special teams is included Jets vs TB NO vs Atl I'm thinking NO since they make plays int's, sacks, playing vs Redman no Turner Jets have a decent matchup too but don't get as many picks, sacks or as many TD's etc and TB may put up more yardage 2. QB 1/25 and 4/TD, 1/10 rushing Campbell vs Oak Garrard vs Mia Cutler vs GB Leaning towards Campbell, think he has more upside than Garrard and I'm using MJD so want to balance out a little. Thanks

    Fantasy Playoff Schedule

Similiar but with a few differences : 12 Team, 3 Divisions All 12 teams make playoffs but there are 3 Tiers (4 teams per tier), no byes playoffs are week 15 and 16 so we avoid week 17 Top 4 Play for the Superbowl - 3 division winners and one wildcard (if teams have the same record, tie breaker is head to head, then points) 1st gets 400, 2nd 200, 3rd 125, 4th 100 Second Tier teams 5-8 Play Toilet Bowl playoffs 5th gets 50, 6th gets 25, 7th and 8th play for pride Third Tier is the Commissioner Playoffs Bottom 4 or teams 9-12 have a fierce battle. The teams that win can relax and play for pride in week 16. The teams that lose in week 15 play each other in the Commissioner Bowl week 16. This game is actually more popular for people to keep an eye on - the person who loses becomes commissioner the following year. IF that person drops and does not come back the following year the person who played and won in the commissioner bowl becomes the commissioner. No one wants to be in this game so this is a lot of fun. There is not a lot of work to do as the commissioner except organizing some votes on league changes, loading the schedule, rosters after the draft, manning our waiver wire phone in process. There is always two of our experienced owners who are around to assist the comissoner as needed but this is actually fun and whoever ends up in last overall gets burdened as commissioner. Most years we don't lose anyone, most 10 of the 12 owners have been in the league for most of the existance 11 years. The importance of the setup is that everyone stays interested all season - there is plenty of incentive - if you team is bad you are always looking to improve, setting your lineup, picking up the best free agents wheter you are in 12th or first. Since everyone wants to stay out of the commissioner bowl and if you are in it you want to win so you don't end up commissioner next year. This works well and all teams have something to fight for no matter how bad your team is you want to win at least one game during our playoff weeks. What do you think of this setup?

Should I trade one of my RBs for a WR2?

I would not do Marshall for Moreno - if you can't do the T Jones for one of those receivers, I would gamble T Jones for Marshall but not Moreno, unfortunately that would give you a wide and rb from teh same team, somthing I try to avoid, but I'm not big on Jones this year.

Rate my Craptacular team, 12 teamer

Thanks for mine. You are right - a round or two early on Olsen, but I like your team except a little weak at RB, plus I hate starting two rb's from the same team, granted Bush is more of a WR but this also gives you a problem with the bye and Colston is also on bye so 3 of your 5 starters are on bye. Hopefully when that happens Hightower still is a ball carrie and wells has not taken over too much. Washington c/b a stud in PPR as a fill in. I think you have 3 studs at WR which is why you are weak at RB, probably grabbed Fitz / Jennings - would have been better grabbing a stud RB with one of those two picks, but you did pretty good anyway. I hate that auto pick thing screwing things up. I might pick up James Davis and drop Morris - two things - NE is unpredictable with the backs and if Lewis goes down you have a potential FT running back on your hands.

Should I trade one of my RBs for a WR2?

Thanks for mine. Wow - looks like your league mates let some players go by that they shouldn't have - pretty nice team but weak at wr's. Love Rogers, MJD is solid, worried about T Jones but Rex wants to pound the ball, nice backups - real solid with Rice Moreno, and Bradshaw should surprise and do well. WR - not a Berrian fan, Boldin is solid, Moore good, weak after that. Def is solid, I don't rate kickers. I would do Jones for Ocho thinking Rice would be your #2 and hopefully Moreno pans out and he may be your 2. Edwards worries me a bit, but could bounce back, even more worried about Housh - new QB, new system. If you could pull off that trade I think you're a contender. Good luck

Yet another Rate my team! thread

Thanks for mine. Nice team RBs solid, QB good, WR a little weak but that is probably because you drafted RB early. I think a little early for a defense could have use the pick for another position in the 9th. I do not think robiskie will do a lot this year, and both Coffee and Davis look good in preseason - Davis may pay quicker rewards especially this year if Lewis goes down. I would drop him and pick up Davis.

    draft question

I was picking 4th and assumed Turner would not be picked so I was looking at the same guys off the board as you one pick earlier with Turner the difference. So after those off the board I was like you thinking the same 3 you list and debated it up and down, mine was .5 PPR S Jax - Qb is hurting, o line is improved but are they gelling yet? If QB goes down trouble, team is weak, S Jax is the man but a lot of worries there D williams - Stewart is hurting, williams will not have a dup year as he did last year, o line has all 5 coming back - great thing, QB is weak, once stewart gets healthy does he take more of a share this year? Williams had a number of long runs for tds last year which most likely won't repeat, still a good back LT - 30 years old and a lot of miles. Maybe he doesn't have the breakaway speed he used to have but he's still pretty good, team is good, QB, WR, etc. Sproles may spell him a bit, but not enough to worry about - not even close to the amount stewart will (when healthy). I was set on drafting LT for my draft at 4 until Turner went and I was left with MJD (AP, Turner, Forte went) On the return - round 2 I'd grab the best avail WR, then most likely in round 3 best RB or WR, but most likely RB, all depends on what is there. All said, I still like LT assuming the top 4 you list are gone. Good luck, thanks for mine.

    Rate my team

Here's mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=348460 Like your team QB - your season rides on Palmer comeback, not big on campbell RB - nice depth, WR - like moss, the rest worries me a lot of risk/reward with edwards, Hixon, Avery (c/b good if Stl could put something together - hey they should have to throw if they are always behind) TE Winsow worries me a bit, have a weird feeling Keller may be a better weekly play for you - a nice backup to have
