I would do it immediately. Michael Thomas holds more value as a top tier WR than Mahomes even if he becomes a top tier QB.

Probably Cousins based on the matchup, but I may regret that

We have a salary cap/keeper league and Mahomes costs $3--Thomas is $13. I have Cousins at $8 though, so not worried about the cost as long as I improve my chances of winning this year
