12 teamer, my draft really panned out well. 1qb, 1wr, 1rb, 2 flex, 1te, 1k, 1D QB Tom Brady WR Mike Wallace, Brandon Lloyd RB LeSean McCoy, Darren Sproles, Jackie Battle, Willis McGahee, DeAngelo Williams, Roy Helu, Michael Bush TE Jimmy Graham, Fred Davis K Jason Hanson DEF San Francisco Probably dropping Deangelo this week, someone dropped Sydney Rice because of bye weeks so I am gonna try and grab him.

I am not sure. Drafting late in a 12 team mock, 6pts for all td's, I assembled this team. I kind of like it for this year because I am very scared of injuries due to a shortened preseason so I like having tons of rb's. 1. Drew Brees (NO - QB) 2. Andre Johnson (Hou - WR) 3. Mike Wallace (Pit - WR) 4. Antonio Gates (SD - TE) 5. Cedric Benson (Cin - RB) 6. Felix Jones (Dal - RB) 7. Fred Jackson (Buf - RB) 8. Jahvid Best (Det - RB) 9. Michael Bush (Oak - RB) 10. Jordy Nelson (GB - WR) 11. Ronnie Brown (Phi - RB) 12. Lance Moore (NO - WR) 13. Brandon Jacobs (NYG - RB) 14. Detroit (Det - DEF) 15. David Buehler (Dal - K)

I don't see the Saints keeping Thomas. The coaching staff really likes Hamilton as well and as long as Ivory/Hamilton/Bush are healthy I don't see a reason to keep Pierre Thomas. Seems like they can just grab any running back off the street and plug them in.

I have to agree with this post. Barry Sanders did more to hurt his teams chances to win than Emmitt ever did. In a situation where there was maybe half a yard to be gained, Emmitt would get that half yard. Barry would run around and lose 8 yards, ending drive after drive and making his team look worse than it actually was. For every huge freakishly amazing run he had, there were 5 to 10 runs that he lost yards on and killed his teams chances. You cant say Emmitt was great because he had a great qb/wr/offensive line without acknowledging that he also had a huge part in making the qb/wr/offensive line great.

We start 1qb, 1te, 1wr, 1rb and 2 flex wr/rb. My roster right now QB's - Flacco, Orton RB's - Ray Rice, Mendenhall, Arian Foster, Ricky Williams, Dex McCluster WR's - Colston, Boldin, Welker, Manningham TE - Zach Miller I dont think I really need much more rb help, but since we only need to start one WR I can just always run two RB's in my flex spot.
-
I would stick with Favre. Do you have a roster slot to maybe grab Vick as insurance? He looked pretty freakin awesome coming in for Kolb.
-
I screwed up in my draft and have Flacco, Boldin and Ray Rice. I am not comfortable with so many options on one team, so I am looking to move Boldin. I have been offered Michael Bush. What does everyone think?
-
of course you take that deal, and run away laughing! see mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...=0#entry4058526

and maybe getting S Holmes! Proposed trade sent to me I get Matt Hasselbeck Santonio Holmes Pierre Thomas He gets Jay Cutler Darren McFadden Mike Bell What do you think of the deal? I think the qb's are a wash. I have Peyton as my qb, so Hass should be back for my by-week fill in. Out of all the players, the only real stud seems to be Holmes, so my gut is to take the deal. Opinions?

Saints vs Broncos. The combonation of all offense and no defense on both teams causes the scoreboard to short circuit at halftime with Denver leading 55-52. At the end of the third quarter, the teams need to be reminded of the score, now Saints up 86-82. The defenses stop even coming onto the field because of total embarassment. Final score, 112-110 Saints.
