Week 11 Streaming Defenses

Recommended Posts

Well, I ran with KC the past three weeks and they did me proud against lesser teams. But this week they have the Rams so Im not feeling warm and fuzzy to go there, so......

1. Arizona v. Oakland looks the most promising so I guess I will put a bid in for them.

2. Carolina v. Detroit also looks promising. They should get plenty of sacks. Detroit OL looks horrible.

Thoughts? Anyone else that looks just as good?

Car this week & ROS.

AZ is good for 11, but not ROS

Carolina has NO and ATl during the two playoff weeks I am in.

I have Indi and Minni to choose between but Carolina is on the waiver. I'm putting a bid in on Carolina this week. Glad you posted this.

I think I'm going to grab Was, and run with them ros. They have a decent schedule and @jax and @ ten for the playoffs. #5 overall def in my league as of now.

Zona is the def I’m looking at also.

Steelers a fair bet this week against Jax, esp after what they did to the Panthers last week.

If you are pretty sure you are going to the playoffs, might want to grab Denver.

Not so great next 2 weeks, with Chargers and Steelers, but weeks 13-16 are:

@Bengals

@SF

Browns

@Oakland

I'm also thinking about sticking with Was for ROS

But Pitts is available... they have NE and NO for the playoffs though!

I think Zona is the pick this week... They got positive points against KC!!

I would not take Pitt on the road against the jags with Fournette back..

I'm rolling with the Chargers with week... Also holding Houston (Jets week 15 if I get the bye) and dont know if i start them Alex smith doesnt turn the ball over but there should be plenty of sacks?

I hear you about Pitt on the road but tjey are the 4th best team only allowing 90 yards rushing per game. Fournette didn’t do much rushing the ball last week....I don’t see him doing much this week.

I have to pick up someone....Arizona might not be available.

I got the Steel Curtain. Someone ahead of me took Zona. I’m okay with this.

Right, I think next season I’ll see more people wait on drafting a def.

In all my leagues the person with the jags drafted them earlier to get them and now they regret doing so.

I do like the Zona matchup a little better, but the Steelers def has been good and the Jags offence not so much.

Hey good luck this weekend n

What about Indy? They haven't done much but they have great matchups all but one remaining week.

Good luck, I guess the only other streamer I can think of that might be available is Carolina.

I got Indy in right now. Thinking about maybe bidding on Carolina for this week. I'm probably playing either one of them though.

After Indy screwed me against Oakland a few weeks ago, I have refused to consider them.

Indy st Tenn doesnt sound mouth watering to me. Carolina, despite their meltdown in Pitt sound better, especially the sacks.

Good news for people like me who are rolling with the Steelers. The Jax OL just got weaker....their solid center (forgot name) is out........so the Steel Curtain have one less formidable foe to contend with.

Houston.......Expect little production in the Redskins RB's , forcing Smith to rely on a depleted O-Line in heavy forced passing offense, Houston has the talent to produce several sacks against Smith....

Wow if the Texans where still available and based on the matchup that’s a great pick up.

I get that the redskins OL issues make them appear to be a good matchup for a defense, but they are at home and according to this site are the 4th least favorable matchup based on the last 5 weeks. They don't turn the ball over and play slow.

Another interesting fact is , the Redskins have lost only three times this season and two of those where at home vs the Colts and Falcons, and in those two games they scored 23 total points and avg of 11.2.

The Texans have given up less points then both the Colts and Falcons.

I think the Texans can make it a long day for the Redskins.

And of course it’s thw NFL, so when does ever go the way one thanks it will go.

Anyway I think they are a great matchup, I just wish I had them available.

First red zone takeaway for Texans in a year and a half for a pick six. I stand corrected

Titans starting quarterback Marcus Mariota suffered an elbow injury late in the second quarter versus the Colts and did not return to Tennessee's 38-10 loss to Indy. Mariota was seen flexing his throwing hand after taking his fourth sack of the half.

Mariota missed time earlier this season with a pinched nerve in the same arm.
