Youth Sports - How not to parent, red neck style

Recommended Posts

If they weren't so fat, they might have been able to last more than one round.

is that why I can't last at sex?

That's it? I didn't see anyone get their teeth knocked out. Wait a minute. Nevermind.

The dude unleashing the kick at 0:12 was funny. One kick, back up and act like you didn't do anything.

This is why I am all for not just police wearing body cams, but everyone wearing body cams.

None of this sh1t would ever happen and we can get rid of police, lawyers, courts and judges

Yeah, I saw him too. Just slowly trying to be a peacemaker until someone is down, then he kicks him. My guess is that the po-po will have a field day with that one. Assault with a deadly weapon, shod foot (always loved that term).

I'm kind of partial to the blonde lady at 0:17 who steals somebody else's shoe to use as a weapon.

 Totally missed that.

Click play, close your eyes and listen.

Sounds like they are going down a roller coaster

That was Hawker. Wait til two people are grappling then kick one and claimed you owned them all.

Kingsport. Thats mountain hillbilly country way up in the northeastern part of the state. Biggest thing going there is a Kodak factory.

Place is a sh!thole.

I am thinking 12/13u softball. Although, judging from the fatness of the parents, it could have been 8u softball. :dunno:

Could have also been Little Leaguers with b!tch t!ts

Okay. Not sure if they have anything other than softball for girls. Regardless, the parents have to sign the throwdown form, which is right after the medical release form.

In TN, they cant read.

In other places, parents dont read it, dont care, and have nothing to lose.

Having been through the youth leagues across multiple sports, this does not surprise me.

People tend to invest really heavily in these youth games, they internalize the stuff on the field and make it about THEM , as if their own self-worth is intrinsically tied to the outcome.

It's sad, but this is how parenting works today, it has been this way (at this level of sickness) for some time. I thought it might have been getting better

Umm. No, it is not getting better. People don't want to coach and people don't want to be officials. Parents just want to sit on the sidelines and act like this because they think their spawn is the next coming and will be getting a D1 scholarship.

Youth sports would be fine if there were no parents.
