Possible trade, I think Smith has more upside this year. But, I think its close

Eli vs Eagles ( waiting to see if A. Samuel plays ) or Kitna w/o Roy Williams not that he helps much anyways Kitna has been better as of late.

I would go with Peyton. Jax def is not as good as G.B. and Peyton played well last week. He also has Collie back. Also indoors, so no weather conditions. I am trying to decide between Kitna and Eli. If A. Samuel doesn't play for Eagles I will probably go with Eli. Any thoughts?

Dressen was getting talked up by Schaub today in his radio interview on 610 radio in Houston this morning. He was saying how he has always been a hard worker and is one of those guys that is going to be where he is supposed to be when running his routes to make the plays for him. Seems as though Texans are getting him more involved and Daniels did show up on injury list for hammy last week in practice. So I agree this year looks like Dressen might be the guy since Daniels is in contract year with multiple knee injuries in his past.

Could be the waiver wire add in week 3. I had room and got him a week early. Been moving up depth chart and Portis is now questionable against St. Louis. Shanny is ready to get run game going and likes undrafted rookie. Portis hasn't run the ball well yet, even though he can get the short yards and block exceptionally. But, the coaches have been impressed how quick williams has picked up the offense and he is hungry to make a difference on the team. Lining up to be his chance against 3rd worst rushing defense in the league with a questionable Portis. Even if Portis starts, whatever his injury is ( maybe still just wrist ), his status got bumped up to questionable and seems as though Williams is about to get his chance to sink or swim.

The schedule looks like they could be a good pick up if they can play like that against the Chargers. They were hitting Matthews pretty hard and played solid for being on the field so long. Romeo might have put something together here.

With Mendenhall posssibly not losing the goal line carries, it seems as though his road might be a little easier against the Falcons D. But, is Turner really the Turner of old and you just have to put him in every week even against Pitt. D?

Brown's kick was from 56. I think Kubiak prefers Brown and was trying to give him an edge by letting him try and knock in a long one. In my opinion they have to go with Rackers b/c Brown was horrible last year. If they don't make a change and he misses a game winner their necks are on the line for sticking with him. If they change at least they tried something. Either way, if you have either guy, I would keep him. The news down here in Houston is when one is let go they will have work for another team pretty quick. Both are too good not to play so wait and see where they end up.

I forgot about Revis for the Jets. I would say it's a push between Gonzalez and TO maybe leaning a little more to Gonzalez. Good luck!

Barber and Owens ( Check on Hightower's status (thumb or hand) if he doesn't play maybe take a shot on Beanie ) Owens has been hot with the new coaching staff and I think they keep forcing him the ball ( but check the weather in this one, b/c I can't remember if it is home or away )

Bench, unless he practices well. He has come out of games early twice now and it is a bad sign he is not practicing after a bye week.
-
Now Norv is saying Floyd will get more playing time ( seriously considering it ) at the expense of Chris Chambers who dropped a for sure touchdown pass last week and just about any thing else thrown his way all year. Floyd is on the rise ( keep an eye on him if you need a w.r. )

Davis looked good and new play caller had no problem using the rookie. I amm picking him up b/c I am sick of putting in Winslow. Washington is not good (but has potential) and the qb flip flops in tampa as well as they just suck is horrible. Davis is worth a try for sure.

Don't discount them either. Benson didn't do well and couldn't get the run going last week and he has run well against the best run defenses this year. Cushing has been a beast against the run and as a defense. I agree this week should say if they are on track or not. Either way, only a fool would sit Gore against any team ( start your studs).

Still not playing to full potential, but he seems to slowly be replacing Chambers. I think he has a huge game against KC and finally gets a long TD. Could be getting better every week if Norv decides to give him more chances than Chambers who can't get open anymore.
