Do kilts have appeal?

Spinoff of the cargo shorts thread. From my understanding, guys would enjoy the freeing feeling of a kilt. Is this the case, or is there no lamenting of the 'constraint' of pants and shorts? I googled 'guy kilt' and see that there are many styles of kilts out there. It's not just plaid/traditional or "utility kilt." Although I feel like he needs to pull it up a bit higher (sagging his kilt) this looks pretty nondescript in a good way. Men should give themselves this option if it's really a desire.

If you go to a Tilted Kilt, the male staff wear them. I only wear them on the weekends in bed with your mom.
