gets what ? that clinton sent all the jobs to china and the African american democratics who run that city suck at it ?

i'd be willing to bet that if someone came along and offered every single rioter a decent job right now....that 90% would not accept it and the rest would probably fail within in a year..either fired, not show up, end up on work comp, etc.

Caused? Probably not. But did they help create an environment that promoted instability? Yeah.

 

Also, he does say that the great leaders of social change affected such change through non violent means. So I think he's subtly chiding the rioters for their violence. They're squarely to blame for the chaos in Baltimore.

The government and corporations created this environment, I agree.

 

 

Please name another country or time period where poor black people are better off than the usa right now.

 

 

There is still a racial disparity, but it is getting better not worse.
