The sad thing is that people are so manipulated by the media and don't even realize it. The media breeds hate and division, because hate and division get clicks and votes. Examples of Fake News Hate Mongers: Slate HuffPo The Guardian CBS Al Jazeera Failed Socialist from FL CNN . They are still pushing their Fake Hate Narrative even after video evidence surfaced showing what really happened (Blacks and Natives were harassing the high school kids).

 

 

Imagine the events from this encounter going a different way, in a world without media and their hate.

 

A group of high school boys (mostly whites, a few blacks, catholic) are in DC for the March for Life.

 

A group of Natives are in DC to be participate in the first ever Indigenous People's March.

 

A group of Blacks were at Lincoln Memorial (likely to stir shite up/protest the March for Life crowd but lets assume there is no media fueled hatred and they were just hanging out).

 

The mostly white teenagers are waiting on their chaperones before touring the Lincoln Memorial. While waiting they begin to do some school chants and dances. A ritual that is very important culturally and historically to both Native people and Blacks. A ritual that varies between tribes (both Tribes and tribes) and highlights differences yet also unites due to the common elements of song and dance. A potential learning moment for all 3 groups (white teens, Natives, blacks), a potential sharing moment.

 

In a world without the media fueled hate perhaps these 3 diverse groups would have joined together in song and dance.

 

 

Instead we got blacks calling white kids f@ggots and crackers, Natives getting in the white kids face banging his drum inches from his nose and telling the white kids to go back to Europe, and the white kids doing the tomahawk chant/chop.

 

Maybe the media will issue corrections of what actually happened and call for unity.
