Chris Thompson Decision in Two Leagues

I picked up Chris Thompson in two leagues during the week 1 waiver period. Both are 12-team 1/2 PPR leagues and both are leaving me with a decision to make this week.

 

League One: Chris Thompson or Isaiah Crowell? (NOTE: I could also play both if I bench Larry Fitz and put Thompson in the Flex)

 

League Two: Fitzgerald/Diggs/Thompson - need a WR2 and a FLEX out of that group
