Out of all the shooters to be taken out, I wish this one actually wasn't, though I support the judgement call of the bystanders given the situation.

 

I watched some of his videos and it's pretty clear he didn't have hatred, malice, etc., didn't have narcissism at play, but he was completely out of a sound mind. It progresses over several months. He thought more and more people were demons. First his mom, then his sister. Then finally his dad. Transgender people. He believed he was being harassed and would probably be destroyed by the same force(s) harassing him all the time. I think he was feeling utterly compelled to do this, and likely was convinced the people inside weren't people.

 

Schizophrenics are not usually violent, but when they are, it's not for pathologically selfish reasons, it's an entirely different dynamic.
