I'm using Mayo for crispness of the toast, instead of butter. But Cuban style with a New York twist. Rye bread. Toasted, pressed sammitchez, with thinly sliced dill pickles, cheese, ham .... and Poupon it. Grill it up using mayo to get the bread extra toasty. Kinda like a Cuban sandwich ... on Jewish Rye.
