strombn 5 Posted September 12, 2016 Does Yahoo change the tiebreaker rules every year? Was the tiebreaker really determined by the last week matchup where I went up against the #1 seed and MM against the 9th place team?
posty 2,296 Posted September 12, 2016 It has been like this for a while... https://help.yahoo.com/kb/fantasy-baseball/sln6812.html?impressions=true If, at the end of the regular season, 2 or more teams in a Head-to-Head League finish tied in the standings (based on winning percentage) and are not tied for the lead in a division, the following system will be used to break the tie and determine playoff seeding: Fantasy points scored (if your league is a Head-to-Head Points league). Highest winning percentage in the last week of the season. Highest winning percentage in the second to last week of the season. The comparison continues until the tie is broken or no more weeks remain to compare.
