In Standard I'd actually go perine here. I own Garcon in a .5ppr league and he is less likely to score a TD then perine, although the law of averages stipulates he must score at some point. Washington Is still a minus matchup even without Norman, breeland has been good as well.

Tough one. I think I would go with Perine. Washington knows how to defend Garcon.
