I've got Demarco as my only locked in RB/WR for the week. Who do I fill the 2WR and 1Flex spots with from Lamar Miller, Dez Bryant, Amari Cooper and Emmanual Sanders? 1PPR.

Go to his house, knock on his door and punch him in the face in front of his wife and kids. Problem solved. Why the F did this loser of a commish even allow a draft? He should have made up a bunch of teams that he thought was equal in power and then assign them to the league members.

I've been married for 10 years. G-damn right I'm needy for a girlfriend.

I my league, finishing 6th pays the same as finishing 12th. By following the trend, you are pretty much locking yourself into a mediocre team that will just miss the playoffs. The only reason we have this "WR/WR is the way to go, man" thing is because of how many dominant FF teams were able to pull that off last year. Luckily for them, many of the early drafted WRs panned out and they were still able to grab great late round RBs such as Rice/Benson/etc. Depending on your draft spot, you may be able to start that WR run at the end of the first round. That's fantastic, but you don't want to get caught in the middle or end of a positional run.

There are 2 ways to look at this, and maybe they both give you the same answer. First is draft value. Both Stewart and Crabtree are showing Rd 4 ADPs according to FFToday's rankings cheatsheet. Keeping Ctabtree at 12 is a much better value. Second is look at your projections/rankings. I'll use the FFToday rankings. Stewart is the 28th ranked RB. Considering a 12 team league that starts 2RB he is a top notch bench player, not someone you should be planning on going into the season as your RB2. Crabtree is the 22nd ranked WR and a league that starts 2-3WR will see Crabtree as a starter week in and week out. As long as you can't start 3RBs, Crabtree is the best choice.

Our (2) keepers get locked in once the draft starts, but a couple weeks before the draft we declare who we intend to keep. If something happens in the meantime such as an injury to a declared keeper or maybe an unrelated injury vaults a non-keeper into a starting role, then we allow the change. This is an odd league though, as everyone gets along. I've played in many leagues with much closer friends where this would be abused to no end.

My league does something similar, but accelerated. Anyone drafted 9th rd+ or undrafted costs an 8th rounder to keep. Then the round it costs to keep the same player accelerates by an additional round per year kept. For example, if I draft someone in the 10th round, I can keep them by sacrificing and 8th round pick, then a 6th, then a 3rd, then a 0th (means he is unkeepable.) Basic formula is: round(this year) = round(last year) - (1 + # of years previously kept in a row).

6-6, need a win or major help this week, 2nd in points, 2nd in breakdown, 4th in power ranking, 2nd most points against Hasselbeck, Young MJD, Turner, Forsett, D Brown, Charles Moss, Boldin, D Jax, Avant Gonzalez Bironas Bengals PS it is a keeper league (MJD, Turner).
-
My league is in the same position with 1 team guaranteed a first round bye, and the other 11 teams very much in the running for the remaining 5 spots. We usually have 3-4 teams battling it out the last weekend, and despite the parity at week 11, if games go a certain way this weekend we can have all 6 playoff spots decided.

I was rooting for Baltimore to pull off the victory on Sunday just for this reason. I've got depth at WR to replace Wayne if they rest him late in the season, but I've got nothing to replace Manning with.

I do not have to listen to the Rush Limbaugh Show to know he is a racist. I've seen/heard enough clips of him that I'm sure are being presented in honest context. The Daily Kos, Huffington Post, CNN, MSNBC, and the White House do a fine job editing so that we know what he is really saying.

**Official** What do you need Monday night thread.

I need Moss to outscore Gostkowski by 16. This after facing Drew Brees is entirely acceptable to me. -
Mee too.

1.) It's preseason. B.) Of course he'd tear up the Bengals. The man swims to India at least once a week to hunt and kill bengal tigers with his bare hand (yes hand, hands would be too easy for him.) Unless NFL teams change their names to Great White Sharks, Crocodiles, Kodiaks, etc, do not expect alot of production from Samkon. iii.) Not this again.
