Pets of The Geek Club(a pics thread)

Roxy - Our super intelligent, needy, klingy, daddy-loving smooth collie mix.

We chose Roxy as her name because she looks like a fox, has white socks, and I decided when I walk in the door from work, I can sing out "Roxxxxannne" (police song).

At the lake with my dogs. Was sending snaps to my wife of our dog. Thought I'd share

You're Ellen DeGeneres?

The nieces grandma submitted it to Ellen... my dog is more famous that all of us combined.

You watch Ellen? Well I guess I shouldn't say anything. My BIL started watching Ellen when he first was diagnosed with cancer and couldn't go to work. So he would watch what was on tv and got into it

Sorry to hear. Anything you need to do about it other than the vet monitoring it?

We had our 13 year old lab put down last May. Our 12 year old (would have been 13 next month) today. He could barely walk and had a cancerous tumor that’s been growing/bleeding for about 6 weeks.

We are going to review differential diagnosis, treatment plans, and prognosis for each. testing is about $1500

Good luck. Hopefully it’s not a big deal.

Thanks. They’re definitely like a best friend. Will miss being greeted at the door with a thumping tail.

DonS could thump your wife's tail in the foyer next time if it helps.  :(

Also sorry for your loss.  :(

He has one eye now and he’s gray all over and missing teefers but still kicking. Dog must sleep for 18 hours a day. I’m thinking another year or two tops before he goes to the dog park in the sky.

He’s been a great dog. I will miss him.
