Nothing to see here. Just more of the standard dystopian rhetoric weve come to adore from our president and right wing propaganda machine. Move along kids.

Sinclairs is a conservative media company that broadcasts almost exclusively in the Bible Belt. Our president and a big portion of his base are afraid of pretty much everything. Not sure how Im projecting, by stating the facts?

I don't see any facts other than Sincliar is a conservative media company.  What your post really looks like is the same disdain for different views that got Trump into office in the first place.

One other thing:  Where the ###### have you been for the last 50 years bitching about the MSM and their incredibly liberal propaganda?  Why are you suddenly all bent out of shape now?  Could it be that you're a-OK with propaganda as long as it supports what you believe?

MSM on the ropes. America is media polarized. MSM doing a sell job to get viewers back from the cable networks.

Again, where have you been the last 30+ years waving the OUTRAGE!!! flag as the media became overwhelmingly liberal and pushed their propaganda?

I"ll hang up and listen to your answer.

I don't give two shits about reg dates, princess.  You can argue with your forum girlfriends about reg dates instead and how you're so much better than everyone else because you registered before X date.

Try focusing on the stuff that counts if you can get over your fake outrage.

Yep.30 different stations giving the same editorial, word for word.

NOKO much?

The New York Times reported in August that Sinclair's chairman had discussed relaxing regulations on television advertising with Ajit Pai, who became the Federal Communications Commission chairman soon after.

During Pai's first 10 days on the job, he rolled back the Obama-era restriction on sharing ad revenue and other resources among television stations, according to records of the exchange.

FCC Chairman Ajit Pai, a Trump-appointed Republican, for supporting TV ownership rule changes that would make it easier for the merger to pass regulatory scrutiny. After their requests, the FCC Inspector General began in investigation into whether Pai has acted inappropriately in assisting Sinclair.

Nothing like seeing 30 so-called local news anchors each literally parroting the exact same words. Nice job putting this together by Deadspin.

I love how the board marionettes can't answer the question "Where have you been the last 30+ years as the liberals took over the media and pushed their propoganda?"

It's only today that it's a problem because it's a conservative company.

It's because people can't bear to think that "their side" does any wrong.

I've got news for you... We're all supposed to be on the same side.

We're being played. Played by the Left and Right. Played by the media, and played by Big Business. Keep grumbling to yourself as you commute to and from your cubicle, thinking that somebody somewhere needs to fix things. Keep trudging through life, it's what the Elites want you to do. Keep arguing with your fellow man and don't pay attention to the people pulling the strings.

You can't make this ###### up.

They either are completely oblivious to the propaganda they've pushed all these years or they are just upset that someone caught on to their game and is now using it against them.

It's only a problem because the fukin rules meant to prevent such ridiculous dominance of the airwaves were only recently changed.

If you can't see that this isn't a partisan thing, take your blinders off. No one media Source should literally control virtually all of the local news. That's what youd expect from Putin.

Here's a hint sport. Nobody was bitching during the Bush Administration either. Why? Because we have the fuking rules in place.

Now we've got trumps own kid bragging that Trump promise to sweetheart deal to Sinclair in exchange for favorable coverage. And that sweetheart deal? Is setting aside Decades of rules about ridiculous airwave dominance.

Even conservatives are saying what the ######?

Remember that Super Bowl commercial in 1984? The one with all the Talking Heads saying exactly the same thing? Tell me the vision of 66 different supposedly local news stations all saying the exact words verbatim doesn't put a shiver up your spine.

What was interesting Was they interviewed some of these local news anchors. Especially the younger Dumber female ones had no idea that 65 other stations were saying the exact same words they were reading off the teleprompter.

KOMO, long a strong independent voice in the northwest was pissed.

I actually feel badly for them. They have been literally told read this or pack your ######. Yeah, that's the voice of independent journalism right there.
