    The Jordy Conundrum

    Guess I should've sat Jordy

    The Jordy Conundrum

I'm currently down right now for this week as my opponent had Kareem Hunt last night and Keenan Allen which has outscored my Jack Doyle/Melvin Gordon/Chargers D (FREAKING NEGATIVE POINTS FOR THE D IN A PLAYOFF WEEK) My opponent has Aaron Rodgers playing QB today. I've got Jordy Nelson. My other receivers are Alshon Jeffrey, Cooper Kupp, Doug Baldwin, Adam Thielen. Do I plug Jordy in for one of those guys and hope the return to Rodgers is his spark or do I sit out the Rodgers thing this week because he might be rusty and play my other four guys? I'm back and forth.

    Week 1 Playoff Help

Man Stewart has 19 points in the first freaking half

    Week 1 Playoff Help

We start 2 RB, and 3 WR- with an additional flex position. I have Melvin Gordon, Dion Lewis, Matt Forte, Jonathan Stewart, Duke Johnson Jr at RB. I have Adam Thielen, Doug Baldwin, Alshon Jeffrey, Cooper Kupp, Kenny Stills at WR. I'm thinking of running out Gordon and Lewis at RB and Thielen/Baldwin/Jeffrey/Stills at WR and Flex...I'm not in love with Kupp's matchup against the Eagles. Any thoughts?

Need advice on huge trade offer

Brady/Jordy/one of the Saints RB's probably gets you Tyreek Hill back as the centerpiece of the deal.

    Deal Proposal

Good points. Miller/Fournette is a nice consistent backfield I can probably run out the rest of the way maybe supplementing Duke Johnson or maybe Alfred Morris when a bad matchup is there. Trading away Jones means my receivers are Baldwin, Jordy Nelson w.o Rodgers, and Cooper who has been inconsistent and with a bye week to come yet. That makes me a little nervous.

    Deal Proposal

One thing holding me back is- I right now am 3-5 in seventh place but I have the points tiebreaker over all the 3 teams in front of me who are all 4-4. So I could easily end up the 4 seed. I know he has sucked thus far but look at Julio Jones playoff schedule- 2 against New Orleans and 1 against Tampa Bay. That is mighty tasty.

    Deal Proposal

Its a redraft league. Keeper I would do it easily. My issue is that while I am getting the upgrade at running back I am downgrading a little at receiver potentially. Is Miller and Fournette together a tandem to lead me to the playoffs the rest of the way?

    Deal Proposal

10 team .5PPR Guy is offering me Amari Cooper/Leonard Fournette for Julio Jones/Jerrick McKinnon My current WR: Julio/Jordy Nelson/Doug Baldwin/Pierre Garcon (we start 3 every week) RB: Lamar Miller/Blount/McKinnon/Morris/Johnson Jr./Cohen (start 2 of them) I know I'm light on receiver and too heavy on RB but I like that all my receivers are past the bye week already save for Garcon who is my back up guy anyway. I'm leaning towards "No" but am just curious on what others think.

    Another trade offer

A guy has offered me Antonio Brown and Jeremy Maclin for Jordy Nelson and Doug Baldwin. Do I just reject with him out of hand or do I try and counter to get Brown and Fournette? His trade is unfairly weighed to him and the one I'm proposing is probably unfairly balanced towards me: My other RB- Miller, McKinnon, Cohen, Johnson Jr. Blount, Morris WR: Garcon, Julio, Jaron Brown

    Who would you start?

I can run 2 of these starting backs this week (.5 PPR): Lamar Miller Jerrick McKinnon Duke Johnson Jr. Tarik Cohen Blount I'm thinking McKinnon and Johnson.

    QB Controversy x 2 = Trouble

League 1: I'd play Big Ben at home. League 2: Tough one really. The Chargers are 0-4 but their secondary is not bad at cornerback. Rivers or Wentz might be a good play there.

    Sims or Gallman or Collins

Probably Collins. It seems like he is taking over for West there. If it is strictly a PPR league than I might lean Gallman but McAdoo doesn't strike me as a ride the hot hand guy so I could see him going back to Perkins or Darkwa pretty quickly.
