Recommended Posts

Just watched the two hour recap special - and the preview sneak peak

Not sure if it's a spoiler per se, but:

We at least know Rick isn't the one that's Lucille'd - At least not initially.

Holy Crap - Mission accomplished - they got me enthused for next week..

If I had to guess,

I just hope its not Daryl, but a lot of things point that way;

1. Already has his own separate show and

2. Alarm bells went off when Negan talked about Ricks right hand man.

Nope. They put the blanket that he had draped over him right there in the middle of the preview scene. Too predictable

It would alsp be way too predictable based on the rght hand man narrative.

Unless their purpose is to make it so bvious that watchers think nahhh that's too obvious

If you knew anything about the comics, you'd know who it was. Sheesh.

Neegan kills two people.

Except for the fact that if the show followed the comics directly, Abraham would already be dead.

Sheesh

Though I'm not disagreeing. I hope it's Eugene but it's probably Abraham and glenn

If someone should "already be dead" then that might be a good clue. :ninja:

While it's not real life, if it were, Abraham would stay because Negan needs tough guys. Eugene would stay because he is harmless. Glen would stay because he is controllable. Rick would be the obvious choice, followed by Daryl. And they can't kill Rick.

So I have never watched this show. Should I? I'm not usually into the zombie genre but everyone raves about it...

I can only speak for myself but I absolutely love it. Even the times when they have a couple blah episodes in a row they seem to follow it up with a terrific one every time.

if you do, you should check out the recap referenced in the OP "The Journey So Far"

Really good way to come up to speed on six seasons

How does he know Abraham is a tough guy. Because hes big? He knows daryl is tough based on what he's been through in their captivity.

Plus neegan wanting tough people I don't really buy... his motive is to have ricks group harvesting resources for him. So he probably doesn't want tough stubborn guys willing to throw down at any time (abraham). He would prefer docile workers.

Yes possibly but to act like the comics give away exactly who will die is completely wrong as proven in the past

Honestly the show is sub par in writing, acting, general predicability, time and geography continuity etc...

I got into it because I do like the zombie genre (28 days later one of my favorite movies) and because I've been a long time norman reedus fan

Iv been holding firm that its Aaron, the least important character. the only deterrent is that hes gay and it might be taboo to kill a gay character in the spotlight like that.

All true but there is something good about the show. I think they've nailed the underlying premise so well you can put up (or even enjoy) the many faults

Never said that the comics give away EXACTLY who will die, for focks sake. The thread is about who dies. If you follow the comics, then you might have better guesses than just randomly throwing names out. Who dies in the comics? Those are the first guesses *I* would start with.

Why do you even watch this show? Your posts about how crappy the writing and story is make it seem like you dn't even enjoy it.

Even if you were right, those would be spoilers which no one wants or appreciates.

FWIW Norman Reedus just finished filming Boondocks 3   :music_guitarred:

however its not him, and its not Maggie, its not Abraham and its not Sasha

the 2 spoiler trailers give clues about all 4 of them, although they might be releasing another clip soon as well

I bet by Sunday we will have seen trailers that insinuates them all except Rick

Except for the fact that Gimple has already come out and said the TV show isn't necessarily going to follow the comics.

which makes sense It'd be a chitload more boring if it followed it exactly

I do watch the show and if you read my post about the poor writing you would see that I watch and like it because of the genre and norman reedus..... I thought that was pretty evident by my words.

There are a few other actors - actresses I like or liked while they were still on the show. Emily Kinney, Lennie James and Chad Coleman (the wire) for example

Abraham and Glenn are dead in the comic. If the timeline matches the show its those two.

Stranger things have happened but to make room for new characters its possible that 2 die.

I've also heard that.Maggie gets it because they dont need another baby in the storyline.

Nobody knows fo sho.

The sequel is a steaming pile. They waited too long. Should have left it as the great standalone movie it was

its not even close to the comics

Daryl didn't exist in the comics, Rick had his hand cut off by the Gov...Which I think is going to happen from Negan, know what its like to be without out your right hand...man

If you haven't seen it, check out the movie "the train to busan." Korean zombie movie. It's good. Can get on Pirate Bay with subtitles.

Not to mention that in the sneak peek, he drags rick off with rick's own hatchet.

Meanwhile, Meadow will probably miss the whole thing still parking the damn car.

Anybody else notice Negan wearing the Members Only Jacket?
