Frank Gore for Mark Ingram straight up? I have a trade proposal in right now with me receiving Mark Ingram for Percy Harvin and Denard Robinson, but I don't think he will bite. If I traded Frank Gore short term it would benefit me this week (Gore is on a bye), but does it benefit me long term?

I do not think it benefits you after this week. The NINERS record is off the chart when when Gore rushes for over 100 yds. I think he is a better week to week player than Ingram hands down. (I'm a die hard NINER fan so I'm not just shooting from the hip)

I think Ingram is running to prove something. His injury was only his hand so he should be well rested otherwise. Robinson and Thomas are out this week so I say trade Gore for Ingram.

I say keep Gore. The Niners are going to get a lot of players back- better team in general. I have a feeling Gore will run out the clock a lot.

Just look at ingrams playoff schedule....very nice! Get him no matter what. I think he averages somewhere around 18-20 touches a game going forward with a real nice playoff schedule. Grab now.

I am going to go against the grain and say make the trade. I think Ingram has found himself this year, when healthy. Gore will be fine, but I'd take Ingram's upside if you want to make a splash.
