I don't know if the numbers in this case are entirely accurate but it is possible. 13.3% of the entire population could be 75% of the democratic voter base.

 

If the population was 100 people, in this example, ~13 of them would be black. if the democratic voter base is ~17 people, the math works.

Yeah. I've been back stateside for a week now. Eleven days to go.

 

I have no car here, because I refuse to pay $700 for a car to drive to my siblings house.

 

My parents are being ###### about letting me use theirs.

 

So I'm pretty much stuck here. And dad is now retired and watches cable news about 18 hours a day at high volume. He has a bigger trump obsession than wiff.
