No, they won't. Getting alcohol for a minor is treated pretty seriously these days, and if the kid was unconscious...there could be additional damages. Definitely on the hook for the medical bills, and they should sue the parents of the other kids on a negligence theory in case the 21-yr old is broke, as 21 year olds tend to be.
