which tight end would you rather have?

Keller is definitely the way to go. He's a great talent plus you've got the added bonus of him being the safety valve for a rookie qb. He'll probably start off a little inconsistently due to the rookie QB but should be putting up good numbers by the end of the season. The others are all on teams that don't focus on TE enough or have too many other weapons available for the TE to be a consistent scorer. I'm personally targetting Keller in several of my leagues and looking foward to a great season from him.
  2. I'm in a 10-team dynasty league where we get to keep 3 players per team, but no more than 1 at any position. My keepers for this year were: Jay Cutler - QB, CHI TJ Housh - WR, SEA Steven Jackson - RB, STL This is a PPR league with scoring heavy on the yardage... I was lucky (or unlucky) enough to win the draft lottery and get the 1st overall pick in the draft and I've got some tough choices to make. Available to me with my first pick will be: LaDainain Tomlinson, RB-SD Clinton Portis, RB-WAS DeAngelo Williams, RB-CAR Marion Barber, RB-DAL With the exception of Tomlinson, I don't think I can go wrong with any of them. LT intrigues me, however, but I'm looking for some feedback on how people are perceiving him this year. Good? Bad? Otherwise? Worthy of the top pick in a 10 team keeper league? I could also go WR with ones such as Greg Jennings - GB and Marques Colston - NO also available. Probably one of the toughest picks I've had to make in a while--I much prefer picking later in the draft Any help would be appreciated and I'll gladly give feedback on your own questions as well...

    Up for some Rating?

So, I thought for those looking at this that some picks might raise a few eyebrows. I know mine were raised by a few picks made this year. Just to show you how crazy this draft was, here are the full results of the draft (my picks in bold)... Draft is in snake format. Round 1 LaDainian Tomlinson Carson Palmer Larry Johnson Steven Jackson (Can't believe he fell to me!) Willie Parker Frank Gore Peyton Manning Shaun Alexander Brian Westbrook Round 2 Rudi Johnson Tom Brady Chad Johnson Travis Henry Laurence Maroney Drew Brees Reggie Bush (Yes, I do have a man-crush on Bush, but I would have taken him anyway to go RB-RB) Edgerrin James Steve Smith (CAR) Marc Bulger Round 3 Marvin Harrison Reggie Wayne Maurice Jones-Drew Torry Holt (Last #1 Tier WR on my list) Ronnie Brown Willis McGahee Cedric Benson Baltimore Defense Chicago Defense Larry Fitzgerald Round 4 Antonio Gates Terrell Owens Clinton Portis Donovan McNabb Roy Williams (WR) Thomas Jones TJ Houshmandzadeh (Got good feelings about the CIN offense again this year) Tony Gonzalez Denver Defense Anquan Boldin Round 5 Brandon Jacobs Marion Barber Randy Moss Javon Walker (Probably should have taken QB or DEF here but just couldn't pull the trigger) Andre Johnson New England Defense Marques Colston Marshawn Lynch Jamal Lewis San Diego Defense Round 6 Jon Kitna Cadillac Williams Jeremy Shockey Lee Evans Vernon Davis Todd Heap Kellen Winslow (possibly a reach, but last #2 tier TE on my board and didn't want to miss out) Philip Rivers Donald Driver Deuce McAllister Round 7 Miami Defense Adrian Peterson (MIN) Chris Chambers Brandon Jackson (more than likely a reach) Santana Moss Reggie Brown Vincent Jackson Plaxico Burress Darrell Jackson Ahman Green Round 8 Laveranues Coles Bernard Berrian Hines Ward Jacksonville Defense Vince Young Deion Branch Matt Hasselbeck (not too big of a fan, but one of few decent QBs left) Joey Galloway Dallas Defense Greg Olsen Round 9 Terry Glenn DeAngelo Williams Philly Defense Calvin Johnson (steal at this point in a keeper league) Braylon Edwards Matt Leinart Dallas Clark Jay Cutler Tatum Bell Jerious Norwood Round 10 Tony Romo Mark Clayton Pittsburgh Defense Matt Jones Donte Stallworth Carolina Defense Julius Jones (another steal IMHO) JP Losman Fred Taylor Muhsin Muhammad Round 11 Robbie Gould Chris Cooley Derrick Mason Eli Manning (man, I hate my QBs but they're better than nothing. May even play some matchup weeks with waiver QBs) Rex Grossman Minnesota Defense Jeff Garcia Adam Vinatieri Nate Kaeding Isaac Bruce Round 12 Devery Henderson Randy McMichael Michael Turner Shayne Graham Jerricho Cotchery Indy Defense LaMont Jordan (he can't be as bad as last year, can he?) San Francisco Defense Ben Watson Chad Pennington Round 13 Seattle Defense Jeff Wilkins Steve McNair NY Jets Defense (sentimental favorite of mine) Warrick Dunn LenDale White Drew Bennett Chester Taylor Alge Crumpler Green Bay Defense Round 14 Ladell Betts Jake Delhomme Greg Jennings Michael Bennett Eric Johnson LJ Smith DeShaun Foster (starting RB in roud 14? Inconceivable!) Devin Hester Ben Roethlisberger Dwayne Bowe Round 15 Ron Dayne Dominic Rhodes Kevin Jones DJ Hackett (so-so 4th WR but I'll take him) Kevin Curtis Santonio Holmes Maurice Morris Vernand Morency Tampa Bay Defense Reuben Droughns Round 16 Eddie Kennison Joe Horn Mike Bell Wes Welker Neil Rackers David Akers Oakland Defense (this'll be a matchup D but plays houston during NYJ bye week) Jason Elam Leon Washington Marty Booker Round 17 Jerry Porter Chris Brown Jason Witten Josh Brown (he's a kicker, what can I say. was tempted to take Mare here) Washington Defense Brandon Marshall Atlanta Defense Brett Favre Michael Vick Ted Ginn Jr.

    Up for some Rating?

So, just had my first draft of the year this weekend and figured I'd share. It's the first year of a 10-team keeper league that is weighted heavily on performance. Keeper League Assistance

I'm in a 10-team performance based dynasty league. I can keep 5 players, no more than 2 at any one position. I'm definitely keeping Antonio Gates, Brian Westbrook, and Larry Fitzgerald. I need to pick 2 of the following players to keep as well: Donovan McNabb Deuce McAllister Deshaun Foster Roy Williams Hines Ward Any Thoughts? As always, I gladly return the favor.

Subscript out of Range error in Draft Buddy

All I had changed was updating the projections. Hadn't done anything else with the file. Was able to get around it by closing, not saving any changes, reopening, and reupdating the projections. I must have done something to the original, just not sure what it was.
  7. I just updated projections from FFT and now when I attempt to seutp Draft Buddy with the new projections, I get a "Run-Time error '9': 'Subscript out of range'" error message. The buddy worked fine prior to doing the updated projections. I need some help with this because my draft is tonight! Appreciation in advance, dburras
