Well, the newsletter in your link has a seal-looking thingy from a specific county (Greene) in VA, not the entire state. I'm also not sure it is officially affiliated with any party organizations. But you are right, it is nice to not be the least sane person on the planet.

That's true, they don't speak for all Republicans, but as noted in the article this isn't the first time party leadership has suggested armed rebellion as a response to a Democratic win. And the way the whole party top on down keeps suggesting Obummer isn't just bad, he's deliberately destroying the country, maybe wasn't born here, etc it's not surprising the rank and file gets a little retarded.

 

I guess my point is the whole party could tone it down a little and honestly I think that would help their case with whatever swayable voters are out there.
