Unrelated but back in 6th grade I lived near Petaluma CA where Polly Klaas got kidnapped. It was national news and my middle school for some reason made a rule banning anything gun shaped wether it was toys, candy, paper etc.

I agree. The school can not talk about it. As stated before, I will give them the benefit of the doubt there was a legitimate reason the students were suspended. We might never know if the families are lying. My comments are based on a fact; that the school has/had a total b.s. policy.

Not sure what the school policy was in question here. But also seems the school disputes the original story.

Given the story in the CNN town hall was bogus...the the Ohio protest kid suspension...easy to think the whole story wasnt told originally again.

As stated twice before, I believe the school when they say there is a different reason for expulsion. I've only disagreed with policy in question.

What are you talking about? There is a mechanism for changing the Constitution built into the Constitution. And it was built in by the Framers, not added by amendment. They fully recognized that no document is going to be perfect for eternity and it would need to be changed from time to time. They also welcomed discussion, debate, and even vociferous disagreement. It's sad the Conservatives have become such snowflakes they can't handle those things.
