When I get really high, Nutella and almonds.

I used to love Nutella. Then I discovered cookie butter from Trader Joes. That sh!t is the bomb. I brought back four jars last summer.

Plain yogurt

Honey

Favorite granola

Whipped cream

I just thought of adding Graham cracker.

Do you cut the Graham cracker into triangles?

That's an assload more calories than you think.

It depends on portion size. Plus, yogurt and honey have some health benefits vs ice cream

Could you make up a double batch of that please? Would go really good with bad coffee and pamphlets for BLS active shooter reception party.

Honey is pretty close to pure sugar on the glycemic index, pass. Plain yogurt and whipped cream are good. Granola can probably have a wide range.

I'd sub in sugar free caramel syrup for the honey and it is probably OK health wise.

Granola is typically calorically dense, but it tastes good. Costco sells this stuff called Love Crunch that is delicious. And I prefer a non dairy yogurt - almond and cashew milk are my favorites.

Fresh fruit and almond butter is even easier and more healthful.
