SenatorRock 708 Posted September 23, 2017 Nothing like a bunch of millionaire black dudes and privileged thousandaire white guilt practice squad players demonstrating how much they hate their country, themselves, and the people who pay their bills because some criminal from the hood decided to be a hero rather than follow the law. Keep those bitches off the field. Nobody will miss them.
Drizzay 645 Posted September 23, 2017 I'm glad he's so laser focused on the real issues. Black (and white) NFL players kneeling during the national anthem is right up there in seriousness.
jerryskids 5,198 Posted September 23, 2017 Lions = black head coach and zero kneelers. I'm pretty sure every player on the Cardinals knows that Arians, Keim, and Bidwill would cut them if they kneel.
joneo 529 Posted September 23, 2017 I'm pretty sure every player on the Cardinals knows that Arians, Keim, and Bidwill would cut them if they kneel. drobeski 3,061 Posted September 23, 2017 Well the players performing this fake outrage stunt are disgraceful, if only the NFL and the players association had the balls to call them out.
fandandy 3,311 Posted September 23, 2017 Out of curiosity, what other jobs can an employee protest while on the clock? I'm sure there are some but I'm wondering. Where else can an employee while representing his company take a knee in protest?

Black (and white) NFL players kneeling during the national anthem is right up there in seriousness.Drumpf is just focusing on the issues his constituents care about. How many NFL protest threads have we had at the Geek Club? 10-12? Compare that to the # of threads started by Trumpflakes about say healthcare. These people aren't interested in policy so Don is not interested in governing. He's the perfect Twitter POTUS for our idiot culture.

Sho Nuff 719 Posted September 23, 2017 So you agree Kaep doesn't have a job because he doesn't have the talent? Not totally...no. I dont think he is a great player. Marginal as a possible starter or backup. I think teams are avoiding the publicity/controversy.

One time it was on that same page FFS. 2. So you focked up, quoted yourself and I'm supposed to know out of all the posters here, I'm who you were asking that question? wiffleball 4,639 Posted September 23, 2017 Out of curiosity, what other jobs can an employee protest while on the clock? I'm sure there are some but I'm wondering. Where else can an employee while representing his company take a knee in protest? And, here's the core of the issue. It's why fans are so turned off. It's not because the fans are hardcore Patriots or some other b*******. It's because God damn near every human being who's ever held a real job has had to get along to go along. Amount of s*** that I faked or swallowed or done that I found absolutely ridiculous is insane. Like most of us. Like my father. Like his father before him. Like virtually anybody's father or mother who's ever relied on a paycheck to feed his family. Unfortunately, the reality is, that 99% of these fockers have never held a legitimate job in their life. They don't understand much less have ever heard the concept of getting along to go along. How many times have we heard a player start whining and bitching cuz he was disrespected by his coaches. Insert black voice. Because he was expected to follow the f****** rules? It just shows a huge disconnect between the players and their fans. And I honestly I believe that's why most fans find the whole thing distasteful. No other time in history have players have more platforms from whence to voice their opinions and their protests. 15 different kinds of social media, blogs, vlogs, you name it. This isn't like the 70s where these guys had one shot at being on camera once in their life. Suck it up Nancy. And for three hours one day a week for about 4 months out of the Year grow up follow the rules and do your f****** job. And guess what? You might still have a f****** job.
