I have Edgerrin James Was offered T Holt and LenDale White. Make the trade?

Chester Taylor showed up on the waiver in one of my leagues. Is he worth picking up? I'm already doing pretty good at RB, but it seems like Taylor just shouldn't be a free agent. My current RBs are: R. Brown E. James Ward B. Jacobs C. Brown

James Jones is a Free Agent in me league. Should I drop either Isaac Bruce or Bobby Engram to pick him up? Or should I just play one of the other people listed if Greg Jennings isn't in for week 2? Advice?

I'm in a league where passing TDs are worth 6pts, the same as other TDs. Based on FFToday projections, this makes 11 QBs (including *Eli* Manning) worth more than than the 3rd ranked RB. I'm not particularly pleased with this change, but it's a league with friends, so I'm there. Any advice on draft strategy? I'm of the mindset that QBs shouldn't be drafted in the first 5 rnds. Would this change in scoring make QBs more important, and worth drafting earlier? If so, how early?
