Week 7 Streaming Defense

Recommended Posts

Anyone taking a chance on Ten def? They face Cleveland but Ten just isn't good either...maybe just serviceable rather than great.

Some of the above are likely rostered but NO, Miami, Ten are probably available in most. These seem like decent options..

I just realized Pitt was dropped in my league, would you drop Cincy or Balt for them? Not crazy about Pitt's schedule however....

While I'm not looking for much production out of BAL in wk7 against a careful Vikings team, they face CLE and IND (even Luck has been known to throw a pick or two) in the championship weeks. So I'm hanging on to them the rest of the way.

Pitt's schedule down the stretch isn't great, but if you want some good insight, look at their sacks. Averaging 3.3 sacks per game and have the top pass defense in the league. They absolutely abused the highest scoring offense in the league in KC in KC's back yard.

On another note, the Bills are a streaming option this weekend if available. Potentially facing Tampa without Jameis.

PHI vs Washington

I have no stats to back my decision.

It's in Philly, they are the best team in the NFC, they are at home.

Maybe fans will throw batteries at Cousins to cause a Pick 6. I think this potential exciting MNF matchup will be considerably underwhelming.

PHI 24-16.

Jets

Dolphins

Best two avaliable in my 14 teamer.

I think I'm going Jets.

Cutler stinks.

It depends on your scoring setup, but I like the Chargers as a sleeper at home against Denver, minus Emmanuel Sanders. They'll get run on like always, but sacks and turnovers could be there..

Different defense EVERY single week this year, but I'm sticking with the one I picked last week..... Rams.

They dominated JAX... (not saying much), but they also have a lot of sacks and tons of turnovers, which is why I picked em last week. This week it's ARI at home. The Cards record speaks for itself - they barely beat bad teams, and get destroyed by everyone else. The Rams ain't that bad.

i picked up minnesota. they have baltimore this week and cleveland next. is the reason they haven't been brought up here because nobody thought they should be available?

Don't even know how the Vikings would be available. Tennessee feels like a trap game. Cleveland has to breakout and win a game this year don't they? This seems like it could be the one.

Sticking with my Eagles although Tennessee is projected for 21.8 points lol. Rams might be good, but they scare me ever since San Francisco dropped 39 on them.

think the owner in my league saw that they were playing green bay and decided he wanted to pick up someone else. he just dropped them right before this past week's games. not saying it was smart, but maybe owners in other leagues might have done the same. either way i'll take them

I picked up Philly - they played the first came with Washington and ran up 22 pts. Do not expect that again I dropped Balt and then Pitts to end up with them. I wanted Carolina !!!

Extremely hard to pass on the Saints, 16 sacks 9 takeaways in there five games played, GB offensive line is beat-up and patched like a junkyard tire....not to mention the shaky QB who tossed 3-ints. week 6 vs Vikes......again, hard to pass up the Saints playing Green Bay.....

This is who I'm rolling with. They will probably get gashed by Peterson, but Arizona's offensive line sucks and Palmer will get beat up on the road. I'll probably hang onto them and rotate with Baltimore the rest of the year.

If the Steelers are available grab them!!! The Bengals have 3 bad offensive linemen and the Steelers have been getting lots of sacks!! Plus Dalton is not very mobile and totally sucks under pressure!!

I have the Rams as well amd its funny that I see the opposite than you. I think Palmer has better luck than Peterson. Doesnt matter too much for me though as I am playing the Jags this week.

Problem with Rams and Cards is that its in London. Only sure thing over ther is TE Mercedes Lewis and he won't be in that game. Everyone else goes over there and lays an egg.

In my league, Rams D/ST is currently #2.

20 sacks, 7 Int's, 3 fumble recoveries, 4 defense TDs.

Bring on the flaky-ass Cardinals at home! :bandana: If they dominate again, I might have to hang onto them through bye week - 8. After that:

@ NYG

HOU

@ MIN

NO

@ ARI

PHI

@ SEA

@ TEN

......................................................

Other than Saints and Eagles (both at home) - Not exactly juggernauts.

OK I moved back to Pitt and dumped the Eagles. !! The over all DEF I did not realize how low the Eagles ranked. I hope AZ gives AD 30 carries - that is the only way LAR defense will not score high.

Why so high on the Rams?

I mean I get that their defense is playing well and that Palmer is basically a cigar store Indian back there. But Arizona's offense has played pretty well.

Brown is healthy Fitzgerald is playing good and now Adrian Peterson is suddenly 22 years old again. What am I missing?

Trust me I want to be talked into picking up the Rams this week. Currently playing the Dolphins

The Cardinals home game this week is in London and rain is in the forcast. I see another 30 carries for AP! Plus, this was mentioned about 2 posts ago so you're not reading anything. You're just posting your shiny little proclamation like it's somehow helpful.

Why?

Arent they usually low scoring crap fests?

They seem to be, but I wonder how much of that is due to their typical 9:30 am ET start. Rams/Cards start at 1pm ET if i'm not mistaken.

I am going with Fantasypros they have Pitts top 5; here they have Philly top 5; they also keep CJ really high - had one good game and now is splitting touchs with 2 other running backs-
