Keeper help Wayne vs K Jones

Recommended Posts

KJ vs RWayne

1pt/10yds

start 2 rb 2 wr 2 flex

Keeping LJ and Magahee and one of the above.

I have a feeling I will have chance at getting owens or moss with my first round pick RB will be very thin thats why aI am leaning on KJ even though he was a bust last year

I think I'd have to go with Jones on this one. Yes, Wayne should be in store for a big year and yes, Jones really underperformed last year. I'm thinking with two flex positions you've got room for all the backs you can get. I also think Detroit will make a genuine attempt at running the ball and controlling the clock the best they can. I also think you may have some difficulty with McGahee this year so another back helps here too. I also think in a keeper situation Waynes numbers will come down some once Harrison is out of the picture and Reggie gets to see what it's like to draw the full focus of opponents secondaries.

Might hurt you some this year but looking more long term I think Jones is the way to go.

I'd go with Jones...wayne is no better than a #2 WR and isn't worthy of being kept as a No. 1...but KJ is a great # 3 RB...and you can concentrate on drafting other needs at the draft...plus being from detroit, everything out of the coaches and reporters is that KJ and R. williams are going to account for like 60% of the offense this year....almost everything is gonna go thru them. so KJ will be alright and won't be forgotten (like the RB in the st. louis system) especially with marinelli calling for what play he wants and then martz just drawing it up..
