murf74 461 Posted January 16, 2016 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/01/15/blandino-says-shazier-hit-was-not-a-violation/ People have a narrative of game that is completely wrong. Too bad the refs inexplicably blew a whistle to prevent TD
Frozenbeernuts 1,652 Posted January 16, 2016 People are still whining about this legal hit. Why?
murf74 461 Posted January 16, 2016 People are still whining about this legal hit. Why? Because it's the Steelers
Sho Nuff 719 Posted January 17, 2016 Not whining. But I disagree. Used the crown of the helmet...no biggie.
murf74 461 Posted January 17, 2016 Not whining. But I disagree. Used the crown of the helmet...no biggie. i disagree with a lot of NFL rules and implementation. Doesn't mean the call is incorrect. Blame the rules

murf74 461 Posted January 17, 2016 Bladino also said that Porter should not have been on the field either... Ok so offsetting stop the whining. And let's not forget that play would have been a TD if not for refs incorrect whistle. Who are you a fan of anyway? Just anyone who plays Steelers? Wonder if Blandino could comment on Gilberrys push on Porter? Nobody can deny that should have been 15 yards
Sho Nuff 719 Posted January 17, 2016 i disagree with a lot of NFL rules and implementation. Doesn't mean the call is incorrect. Blame the rules I've read the rule. I disagree with the interpretation that it was legal. Rule states can't use the crown of the helmet (says more than just that...but that's the gist). But refs miss calls so I don't think its that bigdidnt get fined...meh, whatever.
R8RMick 242 Posted January 17, 2016 It was also outside 'the tackle box' I believe, which was a rule last year. It's just business I get that, but did look like dude went head hunting. Again, akin to Pedro Martinez throwing at somebody's head. One day a player's going to be really hurt on one of those.
