I've read the rule. I disagree with the interpretation that it was legal.

Rule states can't use the crown of the helmet (says more than just that...but that's the gist).

 

But refs miss calls so I don't think its that bigdidnt get fined...meh, whatever.

It was also outside 'the tackle box' I believe, which was a rule last year. It's just business I get that, but did look like dude went head hunting.
