That's a tough call, both seem pretty good. It's hard to say without seeing who else is on both teams to decide which one is better off. Without the picks, I'd rather have Portis and Edge than LT and McGahee. But getting the 1st overall pick is nice too. I suppose it partially depends on how high quality the players are that will be available with that 20th pick. If it's mostly scrubs at that point, I might go with the 9 and 12 pick.

Could you show the rest of your team please?

Please see mine, thanks.

Team A has wayne

Team B has Chambers

Just so there is no confusion Team B gets LJ not LT

I'd rather be Team B. LJ, McGahee, and my choice of those listed? Yes please.

Team B gets the better of this deal IMO. Edge and McGahee seem to equal each other out with the recent injuries on the 'Zona offensive line. I also think McGahee will receive more touches. Edge (no pun intended) very slightly to McGahee in a standard format.

I don't really buy all the worry with Roaf's retirement related to LJ's production. If we were talking Gonzo, that's where the worry with production should be focused. Edge here goes to LJ over Portis, but both make great keepers.

I definitely like Chambers over Wayne. With Culpepper, I like Chambers' big play ability and feel that Wayne's big play ability is a bit limited with Harrison around.

The #1 pick makes this trade because the above players can easily serve as future keepers and you can invest that pick in proven talent. I would look to Marvin or TO over the others on your list. With picks #20 and #21, there will be a quality WR or TE that can produce solid numbers and a rookie RB that may very well be a starter by mid-season.

I think the team A's RB's will out perform team b's. LJ will score more than portis, but remember, Portis gets LJ's OC and an imporved WR corps. I think Portis makes the leap this year and instead of the big 3 we will be talkin about the big 4. Edge will probably outscore mcgahee. Last year WM avg 3.6 ypc behind a OL that did not imporve at all this year. They have questions at QB and they lost moulds and replaced him with Peerless, which i would say is a drop-off. While its true the cards oline has been suspect in the past, they got a new Oline coach steve loney who has a good reputation and they had injuries last year. Also, Edge is a better RB than WM. And lets not forget Edge is playing with the same qb who played with faulk. Edge gets a huge advantage over WM in passing situations because A) he's a better reciever and B ) hes playing with a better qb that also knows how to use is RB. I'd give the upperhand to the Portis Edge combo. To me it boils down to would you rather have 1 & 20, or 9&12. If thats a wash to you, i'd choose portis edge. And looking at your top 10 the drop off from owens to droughns is probably bigger than droughns to someone you could get at 20. Will that combo of picks outperform picks 9&12 by a big enough margin to make up the the RB losses? I dont think so. I'd go with team A.

i take team A.... getting portis and edge along with picks 9 and 12... i dont think you could convince me to take mcgahee just because youd also have TO Moss or Harrison. someone decent is going to be there at 9 and 12.... Roy Williams? Driver? could even land Bush at 9 if lucky.

i also like wayne over chambers. more td's for wayne with edge gone and marvin a yr older
