Tons happening in Saudi as well and their King calls Lebanon's Prime Minister for a meeting and upon his arrival they basically put him under house arrest and force him to read a resignation letter. Hezbollah is saying that. They have a big presence in Lebanon, I think even in elected positions. A lot going on in the ME is strategic between Iran and Saudi. Yemen, Lebanon, etc.

 

Yemen hardly gets any airtime here but that's a massacre. They are talking millions potentially dying from starvation due to Saudi Arabia embargo and we don't hear about it.

There's all kinds of conspiracy theories floating around him. I know he owned stakes in several large multi-nationals including Citigroup, Twitter, Newscorp, EuroDisney, also owned I think 1/2 the Four Seasons in Vegas with Bill Gates (which is the top 4 floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel) among others. According to Wikipedia he contracted with the Bin Laden Group to build the Kingdom Tower (the world's tallest building). Also donated $10 million to New York after 9/11 which Guliani sent back.

There's prophecy in Isaiah 17 stating that Damascus will become a "ruinous heap." I don't think there is one specific with it being "by fire" but I could be wrong.

 

It's interesting because it conveys total destruction and Damascus is the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world.
