The league is a 12 team league that features large rosters with both offensive and defensive players. 30 players are kept each year and a 10 round rookie/free agent draft is conducted each July. The Franchise Reservation Fee is $25 and the League Fee is $100. The new franchise owner would assume the roster and draft position of the franchise as is.
