The National Fantasy League is headed into it's third season and we need a few loyal, smart, committed, dynasty owners to take over some vacant rosters. the league is based on easily understandable concepts (for football fans and fantasy players) but is also very challenging and realistic to the decisions a GM has to make. I (commish) and the other members have hashed out some of the early quirks and rules that a league of this size ultimately has early on but along the way, we've slowly developed a fun and committed community of online players. Here is a quick rundown of the vitals: 32 Teams / 1 Player Universe IDPs, PPR, Kick Return Points 53 Man Active Roster / Unlimited IR / NO TAXI SQUAD Equal Scoring System between Offense and Defense 20 Man Flexible Starting Lineup Salary & Contracts $143,300 Hard Salary Cap (mirroring real NFL cap in future years) 1-5 Year Contract Lengths Franchise Tags / No Transition Tag / No RFA Release Penalty = (Player Salary * Contract Years * 0.5) 5 Round Rookie Draft Fixed Rookie Pay Scale / Contracts (mirroring actual NFL rookie contracts) Blind Bid / FCFS Free Agency (Regular Season) Auction Free Agency (Off season) Long Running Online Rookie Draft Minimum / Incremental / Multiple Bids of $100s LeagueSafe MFL League fee is $50 plus a "deposit" of an additional $25 (refundable) for protection of future draft picks and collusion. All available teams already have half the league fee paid for except for the Jacksonville roster. 1 Year Dynasty League the National Fantasy League is in need of some replacement owners! We are headed into our 2nd season and needing owners willing to take over abandoned rosters. It's a 32 team, salary cap/contract, IDP league with 1 player universe! Super difficult and challenging - how good are you? The 2014 site link is below (will rollover to 2015 once the league is filled): http://www12.myfanta...14/home/54200#0 The available rosters are: HOUSTON INDIANAPOLIS JACKSONVILLE PHILADELPHIA These are the rosters BUT NOT necessarily the *franchise* you would be taking over. All the rosters mentioned have $25 rolled over for the 2015 season fee ($50) EXCEPT for Jacksonville as the owners traded away future round draft picks and then left the league. Please browse the league site (payouts are going to be reworked, rules are under the Reports > Rules > League Bylaws section) and if interested in taking over one of the mentioned *rosters* above please email me at dewstin7@gmail.com LeagueSafe will be used. The league will conduct rule change discussions and votes for the upcoming 2015 season as soon as we fill the league and then the off season will begin with free agency around the beginning of April. We will have a TON of excellent free agents available going into the free agency. As a league we reached well over 100 trades last year. We have a GREAT group of individuals who are COMMITTED for the long haul - we need more like minded individuals like yourself that want to take on a challenge.
