Trying to figure out how Bird is on here. what he meant to me as a sports fan growing up. any time a bird video comes on or anyone says his name, I melt like RP at a bieber concert. the fact I was told I looked like him growing up (when I was skinny I had the nose and the wavy hair)

Sho Nuff 719 Posted June 6, 2016 To do it as a personal thing. Brett Favre Robin Yount Larry Bird Barry Alvarez Now, some may move off and drop as things go on. Rodgers certainly could jump onto there...but Favre won't drop off of this. Would have had Jack on there as a nod to my Grandfather and how I took up golf when I was younger and we would be at his house on Sundays and golf was always on. But Alvarez's impact on Wisconsin sports dropped Jack from there. Yount and Bird were who I watched a ton growing up in the sports I played the most as a child and into high school. cbfalcon 824 Posted June 6, 2016 Mine is clearly the best. Dirk Randy Moss Phil Mickelson Rickey Henderson Dirk, it's strange, but I care more about him as a person than I do the Mavs as a franchise. He is the athlete that feels like family. With the Dirk exception, I view sports as entertainment. It's fun. It's not life and death. So give me the freak that talks a bit of trash, pays fines in straight cash homie, moons the crowd in GB, then provides electrifying moments. When Moss' QB would rear back and you knew he was going deep with it, that's my favorite edge of seat moment NFL moment ever.......Phil, so much heart ache. So many thrills. Always willing to crash and burn to do the spectacular. Throw in the gambling stores, practice round legends, big tipping style. Maybe golf's all time swashbuckler......and Rickey was just Rickey. I fell in love with him when I was about 8 years old and he played for the Yankees. We are a few feet from him in old Arlington Stadium, and some drunkard was giving him hell about the Red Sox. RH started trash talking and it didn't stop all game. Then he got on base and just toyed with the pitcher and catcher. Like 8 throw overs, and of course he then stole 2nd like it was nothing. Came back out and talked trash about it. And I was in. That was fun.
