I'd take it even further and say you can't talk on your phone in places where smoking isn't allowed. No talking on your cell in movie theaters, restaurants, grocery stores or anywhere else you aren't allowed to smoke. Need to throw out a quick text? My kids arent allowed to have them out in public (malls, Target,playground etc). They babysit, have sports practices, etc where they may need for communication.

Baby sitting in a secure private home is different from having your face in your phone in public. You can FB and IG all you want in the car. It goes in the purse when the car goes into Park. You pay attention to your surroundings while youre out. They havent proven they can multi task yet.

I think cigarettes should have the same restrictions as cell phones. If you are smoking or lighting when driving...it distracts you. So...give them a ticket.
