Steelers at Bengals: In-Game Discussion / Tilting

Recommended Posts

Antonio Brown (toe) is active for Monday night's Week 13 game against the Bengals.

According to onlookers, Brown was moving "gingerly" during his pregame routine on the field and didn't do what he normally does before games. Also, all of the Steelers' receivers are active, which is atypical for them. It suggests we could possibly be looking at a limited Brown tonight, though he obviously needs to be in season-long lineups anytime he's on the field and playing.

Inactives

Steelers: QB Josh Dobbs, CB Joe Haden, FS Mike Mitchell, T Matt Feiler, TE Vance McDonald, LB James Harrison, NT Dan McCullers

Bengals: WR John Ross, CB KeiVarae Russell, S Shawn Williams, LB Vinny Rey, LB Nick Vigil, OL Alex Redmond, OL Christian Westerman

AB is in although he's obviously not 100 percent. I'm starting him in the two leagues I have him in.

Fock. I know many need him tonight, but selfishly I don''t until the next two weeks. Probably play just enough as a decoy tonight to inflame the toe and be hindered going forward.

I sat AB for Bryant.

Look at AB's past four games vs. Cincy. It isn't like he was likely to go for 7 / 100 / TD, anyways ..

Bills04, what do you need out of Brown tonight? I have 20 points I need to make up out of Mixon and a Steelers wide receiver named Martavis or Brown. Meh.

I need Bell to get me about 16+ points.

Let's see a 128 yards rushing, 2TD, 6 reception for 78 yards kind of night for Bell!

Bell is going to go off indeed. I can see 200 all purpose yards. Im thinking more like 150 but it is a possibility.

Shazier lost his legs... damn makes me nauseous. Broke his back I bet. Hopefully not permanent. Just a bruise or something

That did look terrible. Makes me sick as well. The older I get the more that stuff seems to affect me. Pray this turns out better than it appears.

Ugh Shazier's injury looks horrible. The NFL has to find a way to eliminate defenders leading with their helmet...both for their own safety and the guys they're hitting.

Don't like to see injuries, but when you don't tackle properly, that will happen...

Teach proper tackling when they are younger??

Wasn't meant as a smart remark about your post. I have Mixon and this weeks game is meaningless to me. Ertz out with concussion and now probably MIxon going into playoffs. THus the :wall:

I need 14 more points to advance, had mixon and Bryant.

Yes that sucks. Hopefully Bryant catches a long one and scores for you.

Evans was so worried about Bell shaking him, he was too scared to make the tackle

Daaaaamnit, Bernard.

Correction: Daaaaamnit, refs! Seriously? You call a hold on that sh*t to erase a 70 yd TD pass?

Ever down, they should throw deep with this referee crew. They'll definitely gift you a pass interference at least one out of 3 times.
