    Lopsided Trade?

Thanks for all the comments and more than that, I really appreciate all the editorial comments. As soon as I finish my miserable day at work, I shall go home and punch myself in the face in front of my wife, several times, for I am a drudge of the earth. Then maybe I'll go throw myself off a bridge, since I dared to get opinions on the validity of a trade. I am lower than low. I have wasted all of your time for even clicking on this post. I'm sure all of you, especially the ones with thousands of posts, have much better things to do. Truly sorry.

    Lopsided Trade?

Thanks for the opinions, but I'm still having trouble not seeing this as lopsided. First of all, I'm not accusing the owners of collusion. I just think this will tilt the league and the guy that is getting Brady and Foster will run away with the league. Maybe I'm living in 2011, but I know we've just had 3 games, and that's not enough of a sample to bail on two former fantasy studs. Mark my words, Brady will get Gronk back and his young WR's will start growing up, and he will start going off again. They'll find a way to throw the ball, cause that's all they do. Foster had no preseason at all. He'll get his legs back. He may not be Foster of 2011, but he'll be a top 15 back this year. Decker had a good week last week. He had a good year last year. But when it comes down to it, he's PM's 3rd option. Wes Welker is there now. Decker might have another game or two like last week, but really, he's Eric Decker. And Big Ben, please.

    Lopsided Trade?

Ok, I THINK this is a no-brainer, but I'd like to get opinions. The Commish in our league is trading Big Ben and Eric Decker for Tom Brady and Arian Foster. I objected, but they think it's a fair trade, since Brady has WR issues and Arian's yards / rush are down and he's sharing carries with Tate. Also, Decker's strong game last year and 1k yards last year were cited. Thoughts?

    Super Bowl D choice...

Pros / Cons Seattle Pros - Home crowd, weather(?), performance at home, defensive game, rookie QB (but didn't show it at NE) Cons - mobile QB playmaker, both starting CB's possibly out Houston Pros - Home crowd, Ponder sux, good run D (well, not lately) Cons - Peterson Both of these teams are still competing, as well as their opponents, so no real pros or cons there. Thoughts?

    Help Please

Bell is splitting caries, so I'm unsure about him. Bilal also splits carries, so it's hard to tell, even though he has a good matchup. Dallas is tough against the run and there's no telling how much Dwyer will get the rock. So I'd go with Ballard. He's the bell cow now and Houston can be run on. Britt will probably draw Cromartie and he could get shutdown. That could also be an ugly game. With a potential shootout, I'd go with Smith, even though he will draw Bailey. Baltimore will have to throw a lot more, where Tennesee might just have to run a lot.

    which defense to start?

I would go with Detroit in a heartbeat. Did you see the crap that Arizona rolled out last week? I know they're at home now, but this offense sucks. Lots of turnover opportunities with Suh and Fairley coming up the middle. Newton has been playing well, so the Panthers will score on SD. The Pats could do well, but SF is definitely capable of putting up some points. Please take a look at mine too. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=414691
  8. Please help with this tough one. I like home defenses, but Houston can get torched and Indy has been playing well. I have to hope that they'll be fired up after the spanking in NE and that they will get up for this division game. I do know they have a lot of injuries. Seattle has to travel across the country, which can hurt, and they're playing without their top corners (I think). Buffalo can put up some points and Seattle doesn't play as well on the road. Thoughts?
  9. I'm assuming Revis will be on him. I have the flex option of playing Ricky Williams vs. Buffalo instead of him. I don't WANT to do that, but I'm scared of Revis shutting him down. Thoughts?

    Wallace for Colston?

I'm thinking about trading Wallace for Colston on a sell high. It looks stupid on the surface, but.... I face my toughest competitor, who I really need to beat, week 11 and possible week 15 in playoffs. He has Drew Brees. Wallace - Week 11 vs. Oakland & Week 15 on Revis Island Colston - Week 11 vs. Seattle & Week 15 @ Baltimore - also being Brees #1 target, I might get most of Brees TD's Colston's other weeks are @ Dallas, @ Cincy and playoff weeks 14 vs. St. Louis and 16 @ Atlanta. So his schedule is good all around. So, I think it comes down to two questions. 1) Am I too worried about Wallace going against Oakland and Revis? 2) Will the NO offense roll again with RB's back, and will Colston start getting into the endzone. Opinions would be appreciated.

    Ronnie Brown Return?

Has anyone heard when Ronnie should return? I need to know the possiblities of him playing against Buffalo in Week 15.

Drop Philip Rivers for Jon Kitna?

I would do it also. The Martz offense is really starting to roll, and if LT2 keeps running like lately, Rivers won't have to throw much.

    Blockbuster Trade Help...

I've been offered Carson Palmer, Shaun Alexander, and TO for Peyton, Freddie T., and Reggie Brown. Our league is weighted heavily on QB scoring. My starting lineup: Peyton Ronnie Brown Dunn Freddie (bench) Reggie Brown Moss or Bryant or Galloway (depending on matchup) I can play with 3 RB's and 1 WR, is needed. Any advice would be welcome, including insight on SA injury. Thanks

What do you all think of Antonio Bryant?

SF had two offensive lineman that have been out hurt (I'm not sure about their names). That was the same period that AB had his bad weeks. They're back now, so maybe Smith will have more time to throw. I like him for the rest of the season.
