Good to see Michael Browns father come out and plead for "peacefull protest" and no violence. Regardless of anything has to be tough to lose his kid and I applaud his recent reaction.

Sadly though, I think well see more people like this dude:

Will these riots be any different than when Walmart opens it's doors on Black Friday? :music_guitarred:

It would be good to know what % of the protesters/potential rioters aren't actually from the area. Ferguson residents complain that there's a ton of outsiders. You can find activist groups over FB coordinating efforts to be there.

Sweet - nothing like a good race riot to get in some good looting.

:nono: You are classified as whitey now.

Al Sharpton, Jessy Jackson, and Eric Holder should stay away and let the adults handle this.

Be ready for the epitomy of fake outrage.

I say it's a forced indictment, followed by an aquital just like the trayvon case.

Is be really surprised if they don't indict given the huge implausibility of the cop's story about being charged by a man he'd just shot and pursued. I doubt there enough evidence to convict though.

That's the thing. even if they say he's liable and indict him, it still has to go to court.

They should announce wed night or friday....

That would be classic.

Do a little dipsy do and announce like 3 am Thursday morning.

Like when the Red Sox raise their prices. They do it on the day after Christmas and slide in when no one is looking

The prosecution presented everything, which is quite unusual in a grand jury proceeding. Typically they just give the grand jury evidence of guilt and aren't really obligated to make the case for the defendant.

So even though it's pretty unusual to not get an indictment, I can see it happening here.

Conversely, if the officer IS indicted that would be some ominous news for him since they considered evidence of his innocence

I would think its because of the extreme high publicity of this case that they would want to get it right. Not some attempted shenanigan to make sure the officer is innoncent. Of course I'm not a lawyer or watching CNN. So what do I know?

I'd say it's more likely the prosecutor believes, all the evidence on the table, it would be near impossible to get a conviction, so he's going this route to get political cover if there's no charges being brought.

I hope he's charged and the jury consists of 12 white cops. :bandana:

All black kids should get to assault and rob little store owners, then choke police officers.

Anything less would be uncivilized.
