Traveler 2 0 Posted June 20, 2006 Okay, I've got to keep 6 guys (no choice) from the following guys. Typical TD/performance league scoring. QB Manning RB Tatum Bell, Willie Parker, Deshaun Foster (Can keep 2) WR Darrell Jackson, Joey Galloway, Lee Evans, Laverneus Coles (sp) (Can keep 3) TE Chris Cooley, Kellen Winslow Jr. Please help! If QB is Peyton then no question...assuming that's the case: Peyton Manning, Darrel Jackson, Galloway, Parker, Cooley, Foster If it's Eli? Parker, Foster, Jackson, Galloway, Evans, and Cooley Winslow is mighty tempting though. I think he's matured...
Traveler 2 0 Posted June 20, 2006 I'm sorry, I should have been more specific. The QB is Peyton Manning. Thanks for the advice. I've been leaning toward Cooley as a keeper. The thing that scares me is that Galloway is ranked so high. I just can't see him repeating his performance from last year.

bdill77 0 Posted June 20, 2006 I would depend on your scoring system, but I would keep PManning, WParker, DFoster, DJackson, LColes, and KWinslow. I would take the gamble with Winslow. He definately has more potential than Cooley. I think Cooley's #'s will be reduced because they will run a lot and have a ton of receivers now. Cleveland will rely on Frye at QB so you know he will need his TE. It may be worth a chance if you have the #1 QB, 2 1000 yard rushers and 2 1000 yard receivers. (Coles will have a better year than last)
Traveler 2 0 Posted June 20, 2006 I've been contemplating the Winslow thing. He's intriging with tons of upside. The thing that bothers me about Cooley is Brunell, their WRs and Portis. It would be an interesting keep. Thanks for the input.

cntblah 0 Posted June 23, 2006 Manning Darrell Jackson Tatum Bell Willie Parker Joey Galloway Chris Cooley Not crazy about this group as a whole.. you are going to need to have a great draft or make some fantastic free agent moves to do well this year. Maybe time to trade Manning and add quality at the other positions?
