WhiteWonder 2,171 Posted May 31, 2018 Wow. I've never done that before. I'm in my car driving home and was watching shot tracker on pgatour.com for Matsuyama on hole 17 and I said out loud he just bombed that drive he's going to hole out for eagle.... WhiteWonder 2,171 Posted May 31, 2018 I told you man if I pick him up my team it's the kiss of death and if I actively root for him he always starts going the other way I need to just calmly watch and be happy with the end result. I calmly watched all of his Masters wins I was actually sleeping through most of his come from behind at the British but I was actively cheering during the duel in the shade

WhiteWonder 2,171 Posted June 1, 2018 Terrible leaderboard. I expect the horses to move up top on Friday. scoring seemed to be overall better in the morning so i would assume some of the "big guns" who go out earlier tomorrow could make a charge. i also think it bodes well for say a Jason Day who shot a nice -4 in the afternoon wave. patweisers44 697 Posted June 1, 2018 Not a Tiger knob slobberer, but watching Spieth struggle this week tells me a lot. Spieth, Rory, JT, Day, DJ, all were the "next" great one and none of them sustains it for a long stretch of time. This makes Tiger's sustained run of dominance even that much more impressive. They are rich beyond our wildest imaginations. They just don't need to care that much if they miss a cut. Tiger was born top win, he was bred to win. He knew nothing else. He definitely goes home and whips the kids when he has a bad day on the course. Probably on the balls too (at least his son)

edjr 5,547 Posted June 1, 2018 Rory definitely could have hung with Tiger if he had the same drive to do so. After he got to the top, he started coasting how could you not? after busting your balls and hitting the range 4 hours a day, your whole life. when you see 10 million in the bank, what would drive you? Rory wanted to look like Tiger, and hit it like Tiger, more than win like Tiger

Cruzer 1,992 Posted June 1, 2018 It's a damn good thing the Edex Cup didn't exist back in 2000. Bcoz I would of been picking TW - and his ass would prolly only have 3 majors and half as many wins.
