I knew a girl that had a super old dad. When I met her we all got to talking about dads. Her boyfriend and I were talking about how our dads were in Vietnam. She joined in and said her dad was in WW2. I laughed and said "ohhh honey that is not right." turns out it was. Her DAD was 2 years older than my grandfather. It ALWAYS effected her. Always. It pushed her to get married and have kids earlier than she should have. It pushed her into a relationship that she probably should not have been in. All so she could get married and have kids while her dad was still alive. Growing up her biggest fear was that he was going to die and she had that till he actually died at 94.
