Keeper Help Needed

I am in a 12 team non-PPR league where you can keep one player. The player is kept for a round lower than where they were drafted the previous year and if kept for more than one year, an extra round is added. For example, if drafted in the 10th, the player would be a 9th round keep the next year, a 7th the year after, a 4th the year after that, etc.

 

Here is my dilemma. I kept Deandre Hopkins last year which cost be a 9th round pick. If I keep him again, it will cost a 7th round this year. Last year I also drafted Josh Gordon with the last as a stash play. Now I also have the option to keep Josh Gordon as a 15th round pick. I will also be able to keep him for the foreseeable future at an insanely cheap rate if he reverts back to his 2013 form. Deandre Hopkins is no doubt a great keeper at a 7th round value though so I am unsure of which route to go.

 

I also have the 8th pick so theoretically I could still draft Hopkins at that 8th spot.

 

What do you guys think?

 

Hopkins at a 7th rounder this year and a 4th next year in the last year I could keep him.

 

or

 

Josh Gordon as a 15th rounder this year, 13th next, 10 the year after & so on.

Hopkins. Gordon is too much of a suspension risk year after year despite being a freak.

Hopkins. I'm sure one more screw up by Gordon and he's done in the NFL like Blackmon.
