Finally Allen! sheesh

Recommended Posts

About time this guy wakes up! I feel bad for Peterman but I'm liking the change so far.

On my bench, of course. ######.

I hear ya. Luckily I had a horrible matchup with Diggs and Funchess on a bye or he would've been on mine too in a couple leagues

I always do this to myself! Kept him starting all week, but pulled him this morning for Coleman in PPR. Ouch.

I pulled him for Fournette. But I also had Tate, Green, and Diggs in my lineup (why I trusted AJ to do anything against a half-decent opponent is beyond me).

33 in PPR and he was in my lineup all week....so sad. Going against Gostkowski and he just hit that 60 yarder. Watch me lose because of sitting Allen. I hope Coleman can give me 20 in PPR tomorrow night. 5 catches 90 total yards and a TD?

Yeah, 37 pts in one of my ppr formats, only 6 points behind my A Brown's 3 td day and then 33 in my other league. He's making up for my Tate, Engram, Kelvin Benji, Jamaal Williams, Zeurlein and Hunt day in those 2 leagues. Then throw in Gostkowski's 60+ yard field goal.. Love it.

Coleman might not pull a Keenan but I see him having a good game none the less.

I had him on the bench in 2 leagues for Sterling Shephard. Incredibly lucky Shephard didn't play today.

That's when you know the fantasy gods are looking down upon you

I benched him too. Ugggh what are you supposed to do? No TD's for weeks. No 100 yard games.

Yeah, there's no way people saw THIS kind of output. I had a good feeling today for him but it wasn't this good.

Wrong.

People are regularly starting Diggs, Coleman, Funchess, Sterling ahead of him? And this week Allen was at home vs. a weak BUF Def?

Ha. Good Luck with life.

You're probably the guy that was telling me Theilen is a WR3 a couple weeks ago too.

I'm in a 12-team deep keeper league and I started Green, Cooks, and Tate over him. :dunno:

Wow what a great game he had today.

Congrats too those of you that indeed started him, and I'm sorry to those that didn't,m

Life in ff.

I stand corrected, I should never say never. Obviously there are exceptions and Green, Cooks, > Allen

Tate/Allen is a coin flip IMO.

In any 12 Teamer or more, he should never be on your bench.

I don't agree with you. He had been slipping. 10.7, 9.5, 7.10, 10 and 7.4 points in the last 5 weeks? The Chargers were spreading it around. Rivershad not looked that great. 5 duds I am gonna think twice before I start someone like that.

That was my coin flip, but Tate was the pretty obvious answer if you look at their performances over the past 5 weeks in PPR.

Buffalo had been top 10 against WRs in fantasy. Allen had only gone over 100yds 2x and had 1 TD all season. I'm not sure what you have been smokin'. But I shouldn't expect any less from someone with a pedo as their avatar.

Started Evans and Hill in a PPR/return yards league.

Had Allen in my flex until I pulled him for Coleman. That was my mistake, but I liked the fact that Freeman was out and Seattle's D is banged up. But Evans and Hill usually get the nod over Allen and had outscored him all year up until this week.

Chargers Offense (Passing Game) has really been impressive the last few weeks. Lets hope they keep it rolling thru the fantasy playoffs.

Another nice day! Had Allen in 2 leagues, swapped Dak out for Rivers, Allen is finally catching his stride. Better late than never.

I've kept him in the lineup mostly because the targets were always there and I figured he'd get his eventually. Huge game today when I needed it the most... Division title on the line and that final td run/catch was killer!
