I have first pick in a 12 team non-ppr.. arguments to take someone other than AP?

I know not everyone is sold on taking AP first this year, If you think someone else has enough upside to be #1, who would it be and why?

X3. In standard scoring, I can't see how you can't take AP first. In PPR, I can make a good argument not to.

a little update. 12th pick offered me his 1st and 4th round pick for my 1st and 8th. should I run with it? He is a diehard eagles fan and he wants mccoy badly.

that trade is terrible. pretty much any acceptable deal is going to come down to you getting the other guy's 2nd rounder in exchange for a later round pick (in addition to the first round swap).

 

counter with 1.12 and 2.1 for 1.1 and 4.12

i ended up swapping picks with 12 for the whole draft, also i gave up a 7th round and got a 3rd round pick in return. Im pretty happy with that deal.
