There is no incumbent here. The Dems went all in nominating a guy who doesn't live in the district. They funneled millions of dollars from outside and had Hollywood type in ads.

 

The majority of the seats the Reps won were won by defeating incumbents. There is a huge difference.

 

Trump won Georgia by six percentage points, the district that Ossoff seeks to win supported Trump by barely one point over Democrat Hillary Clinton.
