just last week, i traded mjd, flacco, and antonio brown for brees. looking like an even better trade now.
-
lost dmc, and murray and mendy vs 49ers so had to use spiller as my rb1.
-
ed dickson........grrrrrrrrrr
-
how many people would have even blinked an eye at this trade prior to the season? all thats changed is that welker came out super hot, but that doesnt mean that he'll outperform maclin the rest of the way. this is the kind of bitching that takes the fun out of so many leagues.

watson has been passable the past couple of seasons.
-
the game was an nfl equivalent of a blowout

moore is a great flex/wr3. he has the potential to put up huge numbers, but rarely seems to lay the gooseegg.

Who will be this years Carolina Panthers?

he better be able to run because i'm not sure he could actually hit the broadside of the barn. they were showing his passes on espn, and most were not even close to catchable, and he wasnt getting any pressure on some of the worst throws.
-
stats alone dont show decision making. everything i've heard on espn, his decision making has been terrible.

NFL fans should be protesting the new kickoff rule

we are already seeing some teams realize that coverage teams arent getting downfield near as fast. cant remember the game, but the announcers were talking about one kr that was told to stand 7 yards deep. if he takes a step back, let it go, otherwise go for the return. i think we are going to see alot more returns as the season goes on and teams dont just take the touchback just because its 5 yards deep. -
i'd love it, but want bigger rosters. getting a top rb these days is a huge advantage considering the number of rbbc. but if every team had to start 2 or 3, that would dilute the effect of having just the right 1 or 2 studs (think moss/brady a few yrs ago). i dont know any sites that could handle it, but having qb1 get standard points, and qb2(backups only allowed) get double the points would be a fun twist.
-
the problem with these shows is that all they ever seem to talk extensively about are the studs. them arguing in what order to take the top 4 or 5 guys....worthless tv IMO. tell me why DMC was ranked 12th among RBs, now that would be an interesting chat. or discussing whether to take a rb, wr, or qb at 10. last time i did any league size research, i thought 12 teams leagues were the most common. not sure why they are going with 10 teams. IMO teams team leagues are a whole different animal from 12 teams simple because the talent hasnt all been eaten up late in the draft in smaller league. i thnk 12 team leagues is when you really have to make decisions late. as soon as these shows start debating between the big names, i know it worthless. as experts, they should be able to tell us more than just who the top players are. one show only ranked 5 TEs, as if everyone in FF didnt already know who the top 5 or 6 are.

Miami?

knowing which teams are likely to sit starters late in the season should be part of your draft strategy. i've been burned by colts in the past. seasons are 16-17 weeks long and bad managers are the ones that only play 15 weeks.
